1. Use and adult responsibility
Use ScreenKind lawfully and respectfully. Setup and account creation are for an adult with legal capacity to accept these terms. Only enter child details you are authorized to manage and supervise their use.
2. Current scope
We offer routines, virtual coins, supervised drawing and adult information. Features may evolve during testing. We do not promise educational outcomes, specific habits, complete device blocking or remote control. Do not rely on the app for emergencies or essential protection.
3. Accounts and access
An account is optional. Provide accurate adult information, protect credentials and do not share access tokens. Google also operates under its own terms. We may limit abusive access for security without preventing legitimate privacy or deletion requests.
4. Supervision, drawing and pinning
Adults must set suitable limits and supervision. Artistic mode from six months is a technical option, not a medical recommendation for screen exposure. Personal Android devices retain system exits from screen pinning; gestures and PINs do not guarantee an inescapable lock. Do not use a managed device without understanding its requirements and recovery.
5. Health, pregnancy and fertility
Information is general and educational even when linking recognized sources. It does not replace individualized medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. The calendar estimates fertile dates and is not contraception or proof of ovulation. It does not guarantee pregnancy or a timeline for conception.
6. Free access and contributions
ScreenKind is completely free, with no ads, sales or paid features. Voluntary PayPal contributions support the project; they do not buy products or unlock benefits. Check the recipient, amount and currency before paying; fees and country restrictions may apply. We do not promise a tax benefit for contributing.
7. Coins and rewards
Coins are local virtual points: they cannot be bought or transferred, are not money, have no monetary value and cannot be converted into payments from CHC Ideas. Rewards or allowances promised at home are family agreements, not provided or guaranteed by the app.
8. Content and prohibited uses
Use the app for its family purpose. Do not access other people’s accounts, attack the API, distribute malware or exploit children’s information. Brands and materials belong to CHC Ideas or their authors; open-license components and assets retain their licenses, including original CC0 music.
9. Availability and limitations
Testing may involve errors or interruptions. Local data can be lost when clearing storage or changing devices; an adult account is not a family backup. We work to resolve issues but do not guarantee continuous availability. These terms do not exclude liabilities or mandatory rights under applicable law.
10. Privacy, ending use and contact
You may stop using ScreenKind and request account deletion. Data handling and retention are explained in the privacy policy. Updated terms are published with a date; material changes will be communicated through available channels. Contact chcideas.support@gmail.com for support or questions.
