1. Without installing the app
Email chcideas.support@gmail.com from your account email address with the subject “Delete ScreenKind account” and ask to delete the account and its data. If you cannot use that address, tell us so we can arrange ownership verification. Do not send passwords, tokens, children’s documents or health information. The button opens your email app; your request is sent only when you send the message.
2. From Android
Open Menu → Account, find the adult account section and select account deletion. Your password or Google reauthentication is required to verify ownership. Active database deletion takes place after verification.
3. What is deleted
We remove the adult profile from the active database: name, email, language, Google identifier if present and access tokens. This is not suspension; you lose access to that account. For email requests, we verify ownership and inform you of the outcome and any applicable retention deadline or exception.
4. Local data and copies
Child profiles, coins, routines and planning exist only on your device. Clear ScreenKind storage in Android Settings or uninstall it on each device to remove them. Backups, technical logs and support communications may be separate from the active database: we explain justified exceptions and removal when handling your request. See the privacy policy.
